After two years of planning, the day was finally here; Olivia and Eric’s wedding day. The day began with an air of anticipation, an infectious excitement that seemed to spread across everyone present. We arrived at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, the very same church where Olivia’s parents tied the knot. It was the perfect place for them to begin their journey together.
The ceremony, led by Father LeRoy, was beautiful and heartfelt. Every word echoed through the church as Olivia and Eric exchanged their vows; there was not a dry eye to be seen! The moment they were pronounced husband and wife, they positively radiated with joy and love.
After the ceremony, we made our way to Evergreen Park for bridal party portraits. Even though it was the beginning of December, we were lucky and had warm, gorgeous weather. Onlookers cheered and gave their congratulations to the happy couple. As we wrapped up their photo session, we headed over to The Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center for the reception. The reception hall was decorated beautifully in white linens, rich reds, and sage green. Candles flickered and twinkling lights adorned the tables; a perfect winter wonderland. Olivia and Eric shared their first dance as husband and wife, followed by Olivia’s dad, Rich, giving a speech and thanking everyone for making the day possible. The food, provided by Remo’s Catering, was absolutely fabulous. There was a station in every corner of the room, from carved roast beef to pasta tossed in a giant wheel of parmigiana-romano cheese! Everything was delicious. The reception was a lively affair, led by the famous DJ Lex with Loyalty Entertainment. He absolutely killed it as everyone danced the night away.
We are forever grateful to have captured Olivia and Eric’s wedding day and were so honored to be a part of it. It was a beautiful day filled with love and we hope that they cherish these photos for years to come!
